A Blip is a 4.44-second factory clip (mp4, stereo AAC, ≥720p) minted as a Base ERC-721.

Picture: `still` (Power Plant ident) or `motion:<orb|swirl|snap|waves|spark>` plus opt `kapow`.
Brief → mill seed (salted with mintIndex) → plant render → hangar settle → NFT to the payer.

Sign EIP-3009 TransferWithAuthorization on Base USDC (EIP-712 name "USD Coin", version 2, chainId 8453, verifyingContract 0x833589fCD6eDb6E08f4c7C32D4f71b54bdA02913). OWS: `ows sign message --typed-data` — no private key dump.
Retry the **same GET URL** with X-PAYMENT (and PAYMENT-SIGNATURE) = base64 JSON:
